Omnitria will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services. Our maximum liability in relation to any claim will not exceed the amount paid for use of our Services in the last billing period.

These Terms of Service and any relationship between the client and Omnitria shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Any dispute relating to these Terms of Service or the use of Omnitria's services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, unless the parties agree to another jurisdiction in a written agreement. By accepting these Terms of Service, the client agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any dispute or claim arising from the services provided by Omnitria.
